We focus on the supply of forgings for the engineering industry (manufacturers of construction equipment, energy equipment, production machines, bearings, etc.) and the supply of forgings for rail transport (hoops for trams, trains and subways, thrust rings, axles, etc.).
We produce die forgings of rotary shapes (rings, flanges, etc.), free forgings (bars, shafts, rings, discs, perforated discs, connecting rods, rods, spindles, cubes, etc.), but currently mainly seamless rolled circles (smooth circles, shaped rings, flanges, etc.).
In the field of heat treatment of forgings, steel and metallurgical material, we perform various types of annealing and tempering of carbon, alloy or tool steels. We most often perform normalization annealing, soft annealing, isothermal annealing, ferrite-perlite annealing, stress reduction annealing, or other types of annealing according to the customer's wishes.
Based on the requirements of our customers, we also provide machining of manufactured forgings as the last stage of steel processing in our production.
