The Červinka winery and family pension, located in the sunny wine region of Pálava, is a great place for a family holiday or team building. Our guests have at their disposal a wine shop, a tasting cellar and a terrace with a fireplace.
Pension Cerviva provides accommodation with breakfast in a tastefully furnished interior with friendly staff. All rooms are air conditioned. The pension has a capacity of 37 beds and has a lounge for 30 people. Guests have access to a shared kitchen, a fireplace for barbecues, a terrace for outdoor seating and access to a wine shop and tasting cellar.
In the tasting cellar you can taste wines of our own production, which come from grapes growing on the calcareous slopes of Pálava Hill. We have prepared a tasting package for passing cyclists, but also a wine tasting of larger groups with refreshments, sitting in the cellar and a picnic in the vineyard accompanied by a winemaker. We are also happy to organize wine tastings with lunch in the vineyard for up to 80 guests.
If you are looking for an original form of teambuilding, during which he will be able to form a collective spirit with his colleagues in a unique way, try teambuilding directly in our vineyards. You will try working in the vineyards, measure your strength in wine multi-combat, have lunch in the vineyards and you can end a demanding day in our tasting cellar.
You can buy wine from the Červinka winery directly in our wine shop. On the calcareous soils of the Pálava slopes, wine varieties mature to outstanding quality. The grapes receive an unmistakable richness of taste, aroma and harmony in the wreath. You can choose from the following wine varieties:
- Riesling, Sauvignon, Veltlin Green, Chardonay, Moravian Nutmeg
- Cabernet Sauvignon, Frankovka, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Dornfelder
I also sell special wine collections, such as the Gastro collection with lower residual sugar or the Special collection of wines of the highest quality made from resistant varieties.
