Our winery is one of the traditional producers of quality appellation wines, which are born in the wonderful region around Mikulov and near the largest Moravian pond, Nesyt.
Our main aim is for the wines to be in harmony with the local terroir and for their poetics to fully stand out.
Our winery currently cultivates 120 hectares of vineyards, which are concentrated exclusively in the cadastre of the municipality of Sedlec.
We produce almost mainly white wines, which are ideal for the local soil and climatic conditions, but you will also find excellent pink and red wines in smaller quantities.
We create Sedlec wines in several historical cellars concentrated under the tasting room. The wines here have ideal conditions for fermentation and subsequent maturation.
Another point of interest is the archive cellar of ZD Sedlec, where we offer you the opportunity to taste archival gems from the pen of Sedlec cellar master Ctirad Králík. In 2012, we officially opened a tasting cellar near the winery, which will provide a pleasant environment for more intimate tastings and corporate events.
In the Sedlecké vín e-shop you will find clearly arranged wines in our offer, wine gift packs and themed packages.
Of course, we also offer commented tastings, a tour of the production cellar or wine team building with the possibility of accommodation.
