Stone Hearth CZ was founded in 1992 to import small family bakeries called Stone Hearth from the US state of Michigan. This plan failed to materialize, the company name remained. Since 1994, the company has operated Uhelné sklady (US) in Žďár nad Sázavou, Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, Nové Město na Moravě and Velké Meziříčí. The tradition of these coal warehouses dates back to the 1960s, when they were an organizational unit of the South Moravian Coal Warehouses. Later, they existed separately under the name Uhelné sklady Žďár nad Sázavou, s.p. The managing director of the company is Ing. Jiří Staněk.
TRANSPORT:
We deliver fuels by our Avia trucks (exceptionally Ifa or Liaz, transport technology may differ from warehouse to warehouse). We carry out delivery roughly within the borders of the Žďár nad Sázavou district, approximately 25 km from the coal warehouse. The price of freight is determined according to the classification of the municipality into the zone according to the distance (6 zones) and the weight of the fuel (5 weight classes). Each coal warehouse distributes fuel mainly to a defined set of municipalities.
LOADING:
In all our warehouses you can buy fuel in your own containers (carts, bags). By phone. In agreement with the warehouse, we can arrange loading on your lift behind the tractor or on the truck. Loading price 50 CZK (up to 1 t), 30 CZK / t for higher weights, plus VAT (see price list in the establishment).
