Realitní kápeler JORK, spol. s.r.o. based in Pardubice, was founded in 1991 and offers comprehensive real estate services.
As part of the services offered, we deal with the mediation of the rental and sale of real estate, the rental of shops, offices and commercial premises for production as well as warehouses. We also hold public auctions and carry out valuations of movable and immovable property.
We already held the first auctions as part of the small privatization and sale of remaining state-owned enterprises in 1991-94, when the right to conclude a purchase contract was auctioned. This was followed by several years of auction depression, followed by today's development in a new legal environment.
