The village of Slavětín is located in the Havlíčkův Brod district in the Vysočina region. The name originated from the personal name Slavat and meant Slavat's court. Currently, 124 residents live here.

The first written mention of the village dates back to 1314. The village has a chapel dedicated to St. Anne which was built in 1834.
