Vortová village is located in the Pardubice Region, Chrudim district, about eight kilometers south of Hlinsko v Čechách. Our village is located in the valley of the Vortovsky stream and is surrounded by beautiful dense forests, suitable for sport and recreation.
The first written mention of the village dates back to 1548. Vortová also includes the village of Lhoty and currently has a total of 248 inhabitants. We are members of the Association of Municipalities of the micro-region Hlinecko.
