TSS focused its activities on three parts:
FOUNDRY
Here you will find:
-grey iron castings in GG 20, GG 25 qualities, cast into bentonite mixtures. Cast iron is melted in cupola furnaces with a diameter of 700mm with oxygen intensifying support. The annual capacity is 1800 tons of castings. We meet an environmental standard for foundries.
PATTERN SHOP
-production:
-wooden patterns for piece and series production
-patterns for series and mass production from cast resins: Epoxy, Ebalta, Axson, Furtenbach, Ciba-Geigy
-patterns from Al alloys
-polystyrene patterns
-moulds for plastic hot forming
-moulds for laminating
-repairs:
-damaged patterns and pattern equipment according to requirements of foundries.
ENGINEERING WORKS
Here we prepare for you:
-machining on CNC machines up to size 4500x2500x1000
-working of castings and steel parts
-production:
-four-way valves DN 150 - DN 400 for export
-custom production - according to individual customers (turning, milling, metal work).
