The company Renta, spol. s r.o., which was founded in 1992 in Liberec, dealt with the mediation of the sale and lease of real estate. Since 1999, we have also been offering clients receivables trading. These are receivables from banks, leasing companies, companies or citizens. Part of our activity is also negotiating with debtors about their liabilities and offering to restructure their liabilities so that they are able to meet their obligations and at the same time cease their indebtedness. Our partners are mainly banks and financial institutions, which provide loans secured by real estate to citizens and companies.
