-magnesium alloy is high strength casting with mechanical and chemical characteristics:
-Tensile strength: 230 MPa
-Elongation: 2-5 %
-wide range of castings from a few grammes in weight such as motorcycle tappet covers up to ca. 100 kg heavy castings
-target: automation, automotive, motorbikes, engineering, aeropace and other.
TOOLING:
-all our products can be finish mashined on conventional or CNC machine-tools.
PATTERN SHOP:
-wooden, plastic, multiplex, polystyrene as well as aluminium patterns and moulds from very small shapes to size approx 2, 5x2, 5x6 meters and diameter of 4, 5 meters
-the pattern shop is equipped with CNC machine-tools.
