Do you need to make tools? The company TLF s.r.o. was founded in 1997, but its tradition of designing and manufacturing pressing tools, production fixtures and single-purpose machines dates back to the 1960s. It relies on a stable cadre of workers with many years of experience and a complex machine park for the field of piece engineering production.
Our tool shop uses technologies focused on piece production, both conventional and CNC machines. In addition to planers, lathes, milling machines, grinders, drills, levelers and wire cutters, we use our own tempering plant, which enables us to produce heat-treated parts. Operations that we are not able to carry out (surface treatments - electroplating, varnish, PVD or 3D measurement of large parts) we cooperate with long-term proven companies.
We are also involved in the serial production of elements for air conditioning and blinds, construction and production of tools, fixtures and single-purpose machines, we carry out tooling work, piece machine production, locksmith work.
Our design office is equipped with CAD stations with Autodesk Inventor software, enabling 3D construction with subsequent 2D creation of production documentation. We can work with the vast majority of CAD formats.
