Obec Zaluzi


The village of Záluží is located in northern Bohemia in the district of Litoměřice in the Ústí Region and lies on the left bank of the Elbe River, not far from Mount Říp. The village of Kozlovice is part of the municipality. There is a floodplain grove near the village and sand mining is taking place in the nearby forests.
Currently, 202 residents live here.

The villages of Záluží and Kozlovice are mentioned for the first time in the donation deed of King Wenceslas II. to Bishop Tobiáš of Bechyn from August 11, 1295.
