The company METALIK spol. s r.o. operates in a wide range of engineering and hydraulic industries. We offer comprehensive services in the field of CNC machining and a range of our own hydraulic products.
We offer services in the field of multi-axis CNC turning and milling parts. We provide our customers with machining of castings and materials made of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plastic and non-ferrous metals. The entire production process is then subject to controlled production controls to ensure the highest quality.
We manufacture hydraulic components such as pumps, cylinders, valves, switchboards, hydraulic units, connecting elements.
As part of our foundry activities, we offer castings from aluminum alloys produced by gravity casting into sand molds, as well as gravity and low-pressure casting into metal molds.
We provide castings from steel, gray and ductile iron. Within our own production capacities, we will also provide customers with processing according to technical documentation up to a weight of 50 kg / pc.
Upon agreement with the customer in cooperation, we will provide surface treatment, heat treatment, grinding, welding and more.
