Our company is primarily engaged in the reconstruction of residential cores. We perform all demolition work and at the same time we also destroy your old apartment core. Our services include everything from rough construction, installation of water and waste distribution, tiling work to the delivery and completion of sanitary equipment and wiring. Last but not least, we will finish the building with painting and varnishing work and we will hand over your new bathroom tidy and ready for use.
We are proud to be among the first to completely remove the original apartment core in a panel house and start building with lightweight aerated concrete blocks. The favorable acceptance of this procedure confirmed to us that this construction trend is correct and that it is one of the possible ways to eliminate the dullness and grayness of prefabricated flats.
