The quality of welding on our machines is significantly higher than when welding with hot gas or an extruder. They are used for "butt" welding of thermoplastic plates according to the DVS 2207 standard with a thickness from 4 mm to 80 mm and a maximum length of up to 6100 mm. The design of the machine makes it possible to weld both flat surfaces and the shells of circular containers (plate thickness from 4-15 (20) mm - thicker after pre-rolling) from a minimum diameter of 400 mm for a 4 mm thick plate. The entire welding process takes place in an automatic cycle.
