The newly renovated Pension Zubr is located in the Vysočina region, in the village of Ujčov, in a picturesque valley on the banks of the Svratka River, near the Pernštejn and Vírská castles.

In the fenced area of the pension there is a garage for storing bicycles, skis and boats, a grassy area that can be used as a playground for children (there is a sandpit and a rocking bench), aerobics, yoga, etc.
The village has a football field with quality lawn, a tennis court with clay and a small playground.
The pension is 13 newly renovated rooms with new bathroom, TV, internet and WIFI.
