Our woodworking company specializes mainly in the production of pallets, pallets and wooden containers. We are also engaged in processing and sawing wood and operate the saw. Among other things, we make furniture from pallets for home or garden. We supply wooden packaging and pallets throughout the Czech Republic.
We produce wood pallets and packages according to the requirements of our customers. We are currently producing pallets on two fully automated STORTI lines and also on one semi-automatic Stoiber line. Thanks to the technological equipment we produce standard, one-way and special pallets of various sizes according to the customer's wishes. The material from which the pallets are made is processed into an automatic cross-cut, band, sweep and prism saw. We also heat treat pallets against wood-destroying insects - we own IPPC certification. Owing to the Mühlböck dryer, we are able to dry the finished products to the required humidity
We also cut wood and custom logs on our saw. We can make logs, beams, planks, battens or boards for building or joinery purposes. Wood cutting is realized on a frame, band or circular saw. We process wood up to a diameter of 40 cm on a frame saw, wood up to a diameter of 100 cm on a band saw, wood up to a diameter of 35 cm on a circular saw. We also buy coniferous wood - spruce and pine, 2, 5 m cut-outs, 5th grade.
We also have our own truck transport - we own three Tatra trucks and two Volvo trucks.
