Our main activity is remediation work on both wooden and brick buildings. We will protect contemporary, historical and listed buildings from biotic pests such as fungi, molds and wood-destroying insects.
We rehabilitate wet masonry and wood using the so-called microwave technology, which is gentle on the building itself. We issue a certificate with a guarantee of up to 10 years for the work performed.
Another services:
- we provide professional expertise and diagnostics of wooden buildings, which will be performed by a team of trained engineers,
- mycological assessment of mold samples taken from your homes, which will be evaluated by our specialized laboratory, which will give you an exact list of molds
- we perform diagnostics with the evaluation of the degree of contamination and subsequent independent disinfection of contaminated areas
- we dry floors, masonry, roofs and terraces. In the event of an unexpected accident, we are able to intervene quickly. We perform drying with various techniques so that it does not happen that the moisture returns to you in the form of mold.
- we provide regular inspections of the fire protection structure
- we insulate buildings against the penetration of water or other liquids
We also deal with construction work associated with plumbing, roofing and carpentry.
We also provide a lost formwork system. In our work we use the Modulo and Multimodulo systems, which replace a large amount of concrete that would otherwise be used in the construction of floors.
We repair historic trusses, install new trusses, paint buildings with a special anti-pest paint.
We install plasterboard structures. Before installation, it is necessary to dry the environment to prevent mold, with the help of the SANAKO company, which will help you measure the room and install the plasterboard.
