The CZ FERMET laboratories are an accredited workplace that performs mechanical tests to determine the mechanical properties of metals and metallographic evaluation of the structure, condition, purity of metals and the chemical composition of steels.
The laboratories consist of two separate test laboratories (mechanical and metallographic).
As part of the accreditation, the laboratory performs testing of the strength and plastic properties of metal materials determined by tensile, bending, impact in bending and hardness tests, as well as metallographic tests of micropurity, microstructure and determination of grain size according to the scope of accreditation.
Outside the scope of accreditation, macro-purity tests, etching, fracture and chemical analyses, production of test specimens and heat treatment of samples are carried out.
The company is a member of the Association of Czech Laboratories and Laboratories (SČZL) with the right to use the stamp "Test laboratory with activities recognized by the Association of Czech Laboratories and Laboratories".
