KOP KD s. R. O. Has been operating as a development company in Cheb since 2004. We focus on the construction of family houses in the Komorní Dvůr district, this location is in close proximity to the Komorní hůrka national natural monument. We also carry out construction in other surrounding areas.
We offer comprehensive services, we carry out the construction of the most energy-passive houses (EPD) on the land we own, we also ensure the approval of houses and only then we sell to those who are interested in new housing in the locality during construction.
We implement our own development projects, so it is not possible to change the character of the house or make adjustments or changes compared to the design.
