Introduction I am very happy to present a specialized store with the production of fresh pasta, which I opened in Dobřichovice near Prague. We make fresh pasta every day from Italian ingredients on Italian machines in a factory connected directly to the store, from where you can take them immediately. The fundamental decision for the final result can be expressed in words: no experiments! I make pasta from the same ingredients, from the same semolina flour from the same suppliers and according to exactly the same procedures as my teacher and friend Roberto Ascenzi.
