Klempířství Roman Mol Zlín carries out car body repairs without damaging the paint - using the PDR method.
We offer the following plumbing work:
-removal of body dents
-removal of dents from hail
- compensating for other deformations in the vehicle body
-polishing small scratches.
We operate primarily in the Zlín region, but we have clients throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
We will solve damage to the body from hail and other natural disasters, damage caused by bad parking, after transporting the vehicle, the consequences of vandalism and minor traffic accidents.

PDR technology - in practice, depending on the difficulty of access to deformation, two methods of defect removal are applied.
From the underside:
- the deformation is forced out with special stainless steel hooks from the underside of the body part until it is not visible
- extrusion is most often used in the repair of the trunk lid, hood, fenders, doors and roof.
- in the case of poor access to dents, thanks to various reinforcements, the gluing method using special adapters (suction cups) comes into play, we usually adjust the surface from the outside.
From the top side:
- at the point of deformation, a plastic adapter is attached using hot-melt glue, after the glue has hardened, the adapter is pulled out with a pulling hammer even with the deformation, the area around the deformation must be corrected with a steel mandrel
- the procedure is repeated until the dent is completely removed
- it is mainly used when repairing the side frame and places where it is difficult to reach from the inside - in places where there are reinforcements of the body.
