The village of Milotice nad Bečvou is located in the district of Přerov. The first written mention is from 1131, when Milotice is named on the list of church estates of the Olomouc diocese on a well-known deed of Bishop Jindřich Zdík. According to the data of the first written mention, the oldest village is Bečevské brána. Their antiquity is still confirmed by the triangular floor plan of the village square where the chapel stands. In 1875, the first school was built in Milotice nad Bečvou.
