The company JH KOVO, s. r. o. specializes in metal processing such as CNC milling, boring, electroerosive machining or heat treatment of metals. Our company has been operating mainly in the Zlín region since 2003. We also deal with piece, series and small-series production of components according to drawing documentation.
Our work is used by both domestic and foreign customers. We use special drawing programs such as Solidworks, HSMworks and Kovo prog.
Milling:
- three-axis CNC center, machine and EMCO center (intended for small parts),
- 4 vertical milling machines,
- 1 milling machine for shaped grooves.
We use six CNC lathes for turning:
- YCM - GT250A
- EMCOTURN.
We grind using:
- universal sanders BUAJ 28/1000,
- schleifmaschinen - flat Bhp 320/1000.
We use a drill for drilling:
- NC coordinate BKoE 630/1000,
- bohrmaschinen (we own eight column and bench drills),
- radial VR2.
We also carry out electroerosive cutting (using a Mitsubishi SX20), welding, assembly and thermal or surface treatment of metals. Among other things, we supply parts for single-purpose machines and deal with small-series production.
