The village is located on the right bank of the Žermanice Dam, is frequently visited by vacationers who have the opportunity to use

Currently, the village has an area of 738 ha and 1170 permanent residents, this number is constantly growing due to very large construction.
The village was founded at the turn of the 13th and 14. century. The first mention comes from the time around 1305, where Lower Domaslavice appears in the list of bishops' tithes. At the time of peak feudalism, both Domaslavice and Upper and Lower formed one village. Today's appearance got Dolní
