The Fund is an independent legal entity whose business is the activity of a self-governing investment fund in accordance with Act No. 240/2013 Coll., The Act on Investment Companies and Investment Funds, as amended based on the decision of the Czech National Bank No. 2009/1216 / 570 of 23 February 2009.
The fund is subject to regulation and supervision by the CNB. On March 16, 2009, he was entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 15122.
The fund's depositary is Československá obchodní banka, a.s., with its registered office at Radlická 333/150, 150 57, Prague 5.
