The main courses, but also the smallest desserts are prepared by the experienced chef Vladimír Šindelář. He has been working in gastronomy for more than 10 years and you had the opportunity to meet him as a chef: the Bazalka restaurant in Pardubice, the Hotel Bohemia or the Na Netřebě restaurant. He completed gastronomic training from the Zlatá Praha hotel and was part of the Bonté Catering team.
