Kfelský rybník - fishing in the Karlovy Vary region.

The Kfelský rybník near Ostrov in the Karlovy Vary region was restored in 2001. The dam once broke and since then no one has repaired the pond, except the enthusiasts Mr. and Mrs. Ondeka.

The pond is built on hundred-year-old water, which is why there are reinforced spillways at the inflow and outflow, which are quite popular with fishermen. The pond is deepest at the sinker (bucket) and that is about 3 m, the largest part of the pond is about 1.8 - 2 m deep, towards the shores there are shallows about 60 cm. There are no big tricks on the bottom, except for the big fish, and they are already smart enough. But a skilled fisherman knows how to handle them. The pond is 3.3 ha including the bypass channel, where fishing is not allowed. The pond is abundantly stocked, which can be seen already after thawing. Omega replica watches fish muddy the water as they thin and look for something to eat. Therefore, it is very suitable for successful hunting to feed.

A one-day permit costs CZK 500. This means from the time of arrival to the pond up to 24 hours, with the fact that when the fisherman leaves the pond, his permit is over. The hours don't add up. For seasoned, decent fishermen, it is possible to purchase a year-round permit at a price of CZK 6, 000.

Good luck hunting.
