A little about the history of our company

It all started when Mr. Macha Sr. began working on his first A-20 cam machine in 1990. Back then it was still a hobby for him, but he gradually started to spend so much time with it, that his private work grew to a larger scale and he eventually founded his own company, which quickly expanded. Precision CNC turning has become a normal part of our production process.

We try to adapt to the pace of the market and our customers

Eventually it became clear that the customers needed a higher and higher quality and that some machines no longer made the cut, so we have installed new equipment in our workshop and work with the best and most accurate machines. Therefore, we are constantly acquiring professional equipment. Since 2016, we have also had a long-turning lathe with a bar feeder for work operations. Our equipment also includes an optical contour measuring instrument.

Nowadays, thread rolling is our bread and butter, so we roll out around 5 million threads annually with a low PPM = 0.7. Thanks to a sophisticated quality management system, we can be proud of truly successful work that we carry out just for you.
