The village of Lampertice is located in the picturesque foothills of the Giant Mountains in the district of Trutnov, 15 km from the district town of Trutnov, near the state border with Poland. Lampertice are located at an altitude of 504 m above sea level and the area of the village is 5.84 km2. Currently, 417 inhabitants live in the village. The first written record of the village dates from 1521.
