HELTOS a.s., based in Slavonice, Czech Republic, is a manufacturer of drill presses, mounted drilling machines, bench grinders and belt sanders. We also provide service and repairs of these machine tools.

Our company is engaged in development, production, sale and service of drills and grinders. Our drilling machines are mainly used in drilling, reaming and cutting of threads in piece and serial production. The drill presses are suitable for drilling, reaming and cutting of threads in piece and serial production. Bench drills are suitable for drilling, reaming and threading. Their construction consists of a cast-iron base with a steel column, where the headstock is fixed. This type can also be produced in series.

Grinding machines are great help for grinding metal parts and castings and for manual grinding metal parts. The first type - bench grinders - are suitable for manual grinding of metal parts in a workshop. They have adjustable armrests, gates and safety glass. The grinders are supplied with standard accessories. Belt sanders are used for grinding metal parts and castings. If a suitable abrasive belt is used, high efficiency can be achieved.

We also supply accessories for our products to suit all needs, including storage space for the necessary tools or expanding shelfs. We also provide all service and repairs of all our drills and grinders. There are four repair options, from complete overhaul to partial repair.
We pay attention to the safety of our machines, so all our drills have a safety guard that protects the operator and prevents the operator from coming into contact with the rotating machine. The grinders are equipped with eye protection.
