The picturesque town of Vrchlabí can be found in the valley of the upper reaches of the Elbe and is rightly called the gateway to the Krkonoše Mountains. The town has a rich history, which is associated with the settlement of the highest Czech mountain range and already in the 19th century it has become a center of tourism, which remains to this day. Vrchlabi with a wide range of accommodation and services is an ideal starting point for winter and summer walks in the surrounding countryside.
