Milan Barták operates an expert and consulting office in the field of motor vehicles. I use the rich experience gained during more than a quarter of a century of experience in the field of auto repair to prepare expert opinions and professional statements.
Many years of experience helped me in my studies, after successful completion of which I was appointed a forensic expert in the field of:
- mechanical engineering - general mechanical engineering with special specialization in car repair
- mechanical engineering - general mechanical engineering specializing in determining the causes of motor vehicle fires
- economy - prices and estimates of motor vehicles.
The expert office guarantees neutrality, professional approach and discretion.
Expert opinions must be drawn up in particular in the following cases:
- change of ownership
- divorce proceedings
- non-monetary contribution to the company
- settlement of inheritance
- services for bankruptcy trustees, executors, liquidators and expert institutes
- disposal of property or deposit of property in accounting records
