Jablunkov, known as the easternmost town in the Czech Republic, is located in the district of Frýdek-Místek, at the confluence of the Olše and Lomná rivers. The town is dominated by a historic square with a fountain and a baroque statue of Immaculata, a Renaissance parish church of the Corpus Christi rebuilt in the neo-Gothic style, the oldest 16th century burgher house and the Old Monastery with preserved vaults from 1861. .
