The town of Přerov.
The first written mention of Přerov dates from 1141 (in a document of the Bishop of Olomouc Jindřich Zdík) and testifies to its administrative function in the castle system of the Přemyslid
state. But it was not until 1256 that Přemysl Otakar II granted. settlement of the law of the royal city. During the Hussite wars, it was an important center of Kalisz in Moravia.

Today, Přerov is a modern city with almost fifty thousand inhabitants, living in thirteen parts:
