We manufacture several types of polyurethane hoses reinforced with steel wire and PVC spiral, they differ in wall thickness, diameter, temperature range and maximum working pressure.

You can choose from the following options:
WIRE TPU-Z: hose with a wall thickness of 0.4 mm, a diameter from 25 to 200 mm, a temperature range from -40 °C to +90 °C and a maximum working pressure of 4.5 bar. It is extremely flexible, light and transparent. It is suitable for suction and pushing out of dry food such as flour, sugar, grain, etc.

WIRE TPU-R: hose with a wall thickness of 0.6 mm, a diameter from 50 to 500 mm, a temperature range from -40 °C to +90 °C and a maximum working pressure of 4.5 bar. This hose is flexible, durable and transparent. It is suitable for suction and pushing out of abrasive dust, sawdust, shavings, dust, etc.

WIRE TPU-H: hose with a wall thickness of 1.4 mm, a diameter from 50 to 500 mm, a temperature range from -40 °C to +90 °C and a maximum working pressure of 4.5 bar. It is solid, robust and transparent. It is suitable for suction and pushing out of abrasive materials such as wood chips, stones, glass, etc.

LIGNUM PU: flexible polyurethane hose reinforced with a PVC spiral, which is impact-resistant and wear-resistant. It is intended for suction and pushing out of sawdust, wood chips, wood dust and other abrasive materials. It is available in diameters from 40 to 200 mm, in thicknesses from 0.9 to 1.4 mm and in lengths from 10 to 20 m.
