CNC machining, milling and turning of metals is the main activity of the company ZNOJEMSKE STROJIRNY, s.r.o. from the Czech Republic, which is a member state of the European Union. We are a renowned Czech manufacturer and subcontractor of engineering parts for European engineering manufacturers.

Since 1992, we have been a quality and reliable supplier for major European engineering manufacturers. We manufacture CNC machining parts and components for various industrial fields, such as the aerospace industry, printing and textile machines, vacuum technology, injection pumps and more. We mainly use CNC lathes, machining centers and grinders for machining. We machine all types of materials used in mechanical engineering, such as carbon, tool and stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and alloys, cast iron. We specialize in machining of technically demanding parts of the weight up to 40 kg, ordered in medium series. We produce parts according to the drawings delivered by the customer.

- 2 CNC grinders for surface and rotary grinding.

We also provide delivery and installation of subassemblies, assemblies, metal grinding, engineering parts, sets, assembly, construction work and production of molds. We manufacture and supply jet machined parts and assembly subassemblies for a wide range of European final manufactures of machinery and equipment. The production process is controlled by an information system (ERP) with an implemented advanced production capacities planning (APS). The system generates requirements for material supplies and start dates for the individual manufacturing operations in such a way to meet the required dates for the manufacture of parts and their dispatch.
