The village of Sovolusky is located in the district of Pardubice, about 12 km northeast of Čáslav and about 7 km south of Přelouč. To the east of the village there is a natural monument Skalka u Sovolusk and about 1.5 km southwest above the village Semtěš there are terrain remains of a castle from the thirteenth century called Hradiště nad Semtěší. The first written mention of Sovolusky dates from 1360. At present, approx. 122 inhabitants.
Due to its location, Sovolusky is a very good place for active vacation. The deep surrounding forests invite you to mushroom picking and nature walks. The Brložský stream flows through the village.
