Horní Ves is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It covers an area of 923 ha and is situated at an altitude of 598 meters above sea level. The first written mention of the village dates back to 1364. At present, Horní Ves has 300 permanent residents.
