The activities of our company include road construction, ie construction, reconstruction, repairs and other work on roads and bridges.
We also deal with the construction and reconstruction of engineering networks and railway structures, and our other activities also include stone mining and the production of crushed aggregates, the production of modified asphalts and especially asphalt mixtures.
Road construction, construction:
This sector includes the comprehensive construction, reconstruction and repair of roads such as motorways, roads, urban roads, field and forest roads, cycle paths and other paved areas.
The construction of bridges is the main area of our activity. We focus mainly on bridges of the middle span of the field up to 100m. This area also includes the rehabilitation and modernization of existing bridge structures. Common types of structures are monolithic reinforced concrete, prestressed, prefabricated and composite reinforced concrete, with the exception of wooden structures.
We operate 13 modern and efficient packaging plants for the production of hot asphalt mixtures in the Czech Republic. Our dense network of establishments allows us to supply buildings throughout the Czech Republic. At present, our packaging plants produce about 700 thousand a year. tons of asphalt mixtures.
We also specialize in the production of modified ASTECH asphalt and asphalt emulsions.
Our company also operates 12 quarries. Quarry Tasovice, Vanov, Vicenice, Svržno, Rančířov, Police, Mirošov, Křoví, Královec, Čenkov, Císařský and Bory.
We also offer services in the field of railway construction, where we perform work on the railway bottom and top. We implement artificial objects, bridges, culverts and platforms.
The laboratories of COLAS CZ, a.s., perform a wide range of tests of asphalt mixtures, aggregates, asphalts, soils, concrete and construction layers of roads.
