The Technical Services of the City of Jaroměř are a contributory organization that manages local roads, including traffic signs, summer and winter maintenance. We are also in charge of managing public spaces, parks and urban greenery, urban furniture (benches, waste bins, information and orientation systems), playgrounds, municipal cemeteries, public lighting. We also take care of the maintenance and operation of street waste bins, containers for sorted waste and the collection of municipal waste. Our activities also include the maintenance and operation of playgrounds.
Main activities:
- maintenance and repair of local roads, including traffic signs and their supervision
- cleaning of local roads, sidewalks and other areas, including winter maintenance
- waste management
- planting and maintenance of urban greenery (orchards, parks, other green areas)
- maintenance and repairs of sewage drains for the purposes of the city and which by their nature do not fall under the administration of MěVAK
- pasting posters
- fulfillment of the agreement on the provision of a contribution to cover costs in connection with the creation and implementation of community service (Labor Office)
- operation of public toilets
- playground management
- maintenance and repair of assets entrusted to the administration
- cemetery administration
- providing freight transport for own needs and the needs of the city of Jaroměř
and other activities.
