Spiroll concrete ceiling panels
They are used in common wall constructions. It is mainly used for construction of family houses, apartment buildings, civil and industrial buildings.
Concrete staircase
Prefabricated stairs suitable for any building or house.
The precast is made of C 30/37-XC1 concrete. Handling is done by crane. Production is made to order according to production drawings.
Balconies
Balconies, loggias and roofs are equipped with insulating beams (NIL) to break thermal bridges. This prefabricated slab is individually fitted with a drip board from the bottom.
