We are a construction company that has been operating in our market since its foundation in 2006, in the field of construction, masonry, construction work and facade insulation. We operate mainly in the South Moravian Region. Especially in Brno, around Brno which is Brno - countryside. Larger parts of our activities are oriented around the South Moravian cities such as Dolni Kounice, Ivancice, Moravian Krumlov, Rajhrad, Zidlochovice, Mikulov, Pohorelice, Hustopece. Occasionally we also visit the South Moravian Region.
As part of the construction activities of our company, we mainly carry out new constructions and reconstructions of family houses, either on a turnkey basis or in the scope of rough constructions.
We are able to provide reconstruction of non-residential buildings, whether it is office or school buildings, office buildings, warehouse buildings, etc. We provide civil and industrial construction.
Our deliveries include:
- work on the implementation of utilities, ie excavation work
- Laying of pipelines, landscaping as well as paved pavement and interlocking pavement surfaces
- works on fencing of land
- carrying out demolition and demolition work
Based on the investor's request, we are able to provide our clients with all the assistance required for building permits, and we also provide the investor with all necessary documents for the final building approval. For the proper performance of construction activities, we are able to ensure the development of project documentation, price proposals and all engineering activities.
As part of our construction activities, we focus and are able to ensure the following deliveries:
- excavation and earthworks, demolition
- masonry work - masonry structures, interior and exterior plasters, chimney bodies
- monolithic constructions - peripheral masonry, concrete ceilings (including exposed concrete), staircases
- plasterboard work, including installation of fire-fighting structures of the plasterboard system and performance check of fire safety equipment on the basis of a certificate (our company is a member of the Guild of Dry Construction of the Czech Republic)
- reconstruction and realization of all types of roofs, ie carpentry, roofing and tinsmithing
- works on thermal insulation of facades and plinths
In the field of subcontracting we provide production and assembly of window and door elements. In the field of our supplies we also carry out other work related to building production, such as flooring of tiles and ceramic tiles, laying of floating floors, joinery and locksmith work.
