The Lukavec Social Services Center offers a residential form of lightening services. We provide assistance and support to seniors and people with mental and multiple disabilities, which are cared for in their natural social environment. The main aim of our service is to provide rest for carers.
We provide the following relief services:
- assistance in coping with routine self-care tasks
- assistance in personal hygiene or the provision of conditions for personal hygiene
- providing food or helping to provide food
- the provision of accommodation in the case of a residential form of service
- facilitating contact with the social environment
- socio-therapeutic activities
- Assistance in the exercise of rights, legitimate interests and the procurement of personal matters
- educational, training and activation activities.
We provide our services to clients who live in their natural environment and need the support or care of another person. We try to engage them in social events and develop their skills. We are located at V Chaloupkách 196, Lukavec.
