The main program of our company European Plastic Systems s.r.o. based in Brno are products for storage of liquids, especially tanks of various shapes and volumes from 85 l to 10m3. We also operate in the field of water pontoons, mobile toilets, shower tanks, plastic road retarders and products for agriculture.
A special program is the serial production of tanks tailored for corporate clients exactly according to customer requirements. We offer a wide range of tanks and containers for food, water, fuel and chemicals with volumes of 85 to 10, 000 liters. These tanks are made by rotomoulding from high-strength, frost-resistant, food grade polyethylene. Thanks to the fact that the process takes place without any pressure, all products are uniform and very strong. Additional durability is provided by wires and the shape of the product itself.
These are therefore plastic (100% polyethylene) monolithic tanks, which do not run the risk of spontaneous failure, leakage or cracking. The tanks are thus characterized by a long service life. Their shape and this so-called monolithic design gives the tank absolute stability, which is difficult to obtain from welded tanks and only at possible higher costs. It is possible to attach brackets of various diameters to the tanks to connect other equipment and piping accessories.
Scope of use:
The tanks can be used mainly for storing rainwater, drinking water, but also for industrial use. A special group of tanks from our portfolio are transport tanks and tanks for use in agriculture. Compared to conventional welded tanks, the domed ceiling structure is much more resistant to the effects of external deformation influences, and selected types of tanks are also reinforced by ribbing against possible wall deformations, eg in the event of a sudden increase in groundwater.
