Civic association LAG Podralsko was founded on May 31, 2004.
The main task of our organization is the overall development of the Podralsko region, primarily based on the principles of the LEADER initiative of the European Union.
LEADER is a joint initiative of the European Union aimed at strengthening rural areas.
Activities of LAG Podralsko include:
- Preparation of projects and ensuring their implementation using the LEADER method and others according to the established criteria and conditions for individual programs
- Active cooperation between individual members of the association, as well as cooperation with other partner associations, or natural and legal persons
- Cooperation with associations of municipalities Microregion Podralsko, Association of Municipalities Peklo, Association of Municipalities Mách Region, state administration bodies and self-governing bodies of municipalities, cities and regions in decision-making processes enabling the fulfillment of issues of problem solving in the affected territory
- Providing advice in the processing of applications for subsidies and grants to all interested parties in their area of jurisdiction
- Providing information about yourself and your activities in promotional materials, on websites and the like
- Promotion and implementation of the "Regional product of the Lusatian Mountains and Machá region" certification
- Help with the preparation of strategic plans of municipalities, cities and micro-regions
- Cooperation with primary and secondary schools, work with children and youth.
