Lokomotiva Vršovice physical education unit, handball sports section.
International handball, i.e. handball, has a great tradition here. We have been playing handball since 1967. International handball was recruited here from the Czech handball section, which had been played in our club since 1945.
Lokotka Vršovice has youth teams and adult teams. We start training players from a young age in the category of mini-pupils and continue through pupils and teenagers to men. In men, our teams represent Prague in the 2nd league and division.
We currently educate all possible categories. We have preparations, mini pupils, younger pupils, older pupils, younger teenagers and older teenagers.
We now have students in all categories and also players who have been with us for 9 years from mini-schools and are now joining the men in the 2nd league.
Our club focuses on creating a positive relationship between children and sports through handball training sessions full of ball games and competitions!
