-one-component injection up to a closing force of 650 tons and up to a weight of 1500g
-two-component injection (2K injection)
-processed materials: PP, PA, PA6, PA6.6, PA12, POM, PS, ABS, PC, PMMA, PBT, PE, PET, SAN
-production runs on injection molding machines of DEMAG, ENGEL, ARBURG brands
- ensuring the production of injection tools, including the design of the mold concept with subsequent supervision of their production, including the responsibility for handing over a fully functional mold to production
-ultrasound welding of plastic parts
- pad printing of plastic moldings - pad printing
-assembly of technological assemblies - combination of plastic moldings with parts from other materials (rubber seals, metal mechanical parts, springs, bushings…)
-packaging of products according to requirements in connection with the needs of the assembly line or the end user
-certification according to ISO TS 16 949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
-continuous control of production quality, including measurements using 3D and optical measuring devices
-delivery of products to the Czech Republic and abroad.
