The village of Rybník is located in the Pardubice Region, Ústí nad Orlicí District, close to the town of Česká Třebová. The first written mention of the village comes in 1292, currently there live around 820 inhabitants.
The village of Rybník is located in a valley along the river Třebovka, the sights include the Church of the Dispatch of St. of the apostles, country homestead No. 57 and the sculpture of Calvary at the church. Near the village, the route of the nature trail begins through the valley of the Skuhrovský brook.
