The village of Kropáčova Vrutice is located in the Central Bohemian Region, about seventeen kilometers southwest of Mladá Boleslav. The village of Kropáčova Vrutice includes five other villages Kropáčova Vrutice, Střížovice, Krpy, Sušno and Kojovice. The village covers an area of 2408 ha and lies at an altitude of 225 m above sea level. The first written mention of the village dates from 1385. At present, Kropáčov Vrutice has 889 inhabitants.
